Theme & Branding: Extended Shopify theme with Archivo & Playfair Display fonts, new palette, and storytelling-driven product sections. Integrated lifestyle photography and customer visuals for authenticity.
Content & UX: Built out subscription blocks, FAQ accordions, video embeds, and bundle offers. Implemented lazy loading for images and ensured checkout offered Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and one-click buy options.
Tracking & Attribution: Configured Elevar for full funnel event tracking, implemented custom cart attributes, and ran Convert.com experiments to refine messaging and layouts. Post-purchase upsells added via custom scripts.
Launch & Iteration: Monitored analytics, refined upsell offers, and adjusted educational content placement. Iterations focused on boosting subscription retention and increasing trust via social proof.
