Discovery & Strategy: Mapped out customer journey for knitters and crocheters. Decided on subscription as the anchor, with strong upsell and bundle opportunities around it.

Platform & Apps: Built on Shopify with Loox (reviews), Recharge (subscriptions), Klaviyo (email/SMS), UpPromote (affiliates), Gorgias (chat), AdRoll (ads/retargeting), Elevar (data layer), and Convert.com (A/B testing).

Theme & Branding: Implemented on the Foxelli theme, customized with Outfit and Simonetta fonts. Visuals emphasized creativity, clarity, and premium product photography.

Content & UX: Added custom product quiz for guided shopping, bundle logic for multi-product sales, lazy loading and performance improvements for fast browsing, and a PWA install option for repeat customers.

Tracking & Attribution: Configured Elevar data layer for event-rich tracking, Convert.com experiments for personalization, and AdRoll for precise ad ROI attribution. Checkout accelerated with multiple payment methods.

Launch & Iteration: Launched with a strong subscription model, monitored performance through Convert and Elevar dashboards, and iterated based on A/B tests and customer feedback. Refined bundle offers and affiliate promotions post-launch.
