Journey of improving the Shopify setup so it looked cleaner, easier to use, and more focused on converting visitors into buyers. The goal was to make it a place quilters actually enjoyed coming back to.

Discovery & Strategy: Looked at the audience, checked competitors, mapped out pain points like hard-to-find fabric and weak guidance. Subscription model was the main focus from the start.
Platform & Apps: Went with Shopify for stability and app support. Plugged in Loox (reviews), Klaviyo (email), Wiser (upsells). Nothing bloated, just what was needed.
Theme & Branding: Took a base theme and rebuilt visuals — new palette, type (Archivo & Playfair Display), icons. Goal was a clear identity that didn’t look like another template store.
Content & SEO: Added strong product photos, straightforward descriptions, some tutorials/blogs. Did the essentials on-page SEO so search engines and socials could pick it up quickly.
Launch & Iteration: Watched analytics and feedback post-launch. Adjusted checkout and flows, fine-tuned copy and visuals. Kept refining as traffic and orders scaled.
